Do It For Drew 13

Welcome to the Do It For Drew 13 Mental Health Blog!

This blog was inspired by an Instagram page I created ,to promote suicide awareness, in honor of my beautiful baby brother Drew. My therapist suggested I find a creative way to process my feelings and thus is how it all began… Perhaps sharing our story will inspire change and help break the stigma of mental health.

The purpose of this blog is to improve lives through mental health education, stop suicide, and encourage hope and healing.

Mental health education can absolutely save lives!
